Northern California Wedding Gown- Ruffles, roses and layers

One of my favorite wedding fashion trends is the light and airy layers, ruffles and fabric flowers that were embellishing the runways of wedding gown designers’ fall collections.

This Vera Wang gown features a modern take on the “pick-up” that has been so popular with brides in recent years.  I love the flowing fabric and the asymmetrical sweetheart neckline.  So modern and so romantic.

This St. Pucchi gown combines two fabulous trends into one show stopping fashion statement.  A gorgeous shade of light champagne and a soft flower-inspired ruffled skirt.

Amsale got it so very right with this little number.  Knee-legnth and flowing with a ruffled neckline make this gown simply beautiful.

This Lela-Rose gown is my favorite.  I love the fabric rose embellished skirt and the simple neckline.  It is the perfect example of how to combine a deeply romantic concept give it a modern twist.

What about you?  Love the new layers, ruffles and flowers or leave them?
